目的:观察地胆草全草提取物的抗菌抗炎作用。方法:采用药物最低抑菌浓度和对常见致病菌抑菌强度观察其抑菌作用;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、1%角叉菜胶大鼠足跖肿胀及棉球肉芽肿试验观察其抗炎作用。结果:地胆草全草提取物具有明显的体外抗菌作用,能显著地抑制实验小鼠和大鼠的各期炎症反应,与对照组相比,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:地胆草全草提取物具有明显的抗菌抗炎作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects of extracts of Herba diffusa. Methods: The antibacterial effect of the antibacterial intensity of common pathogenic bacteria was observed with the minimum inhibitory concentration of the drug; the ear swelling of the mouse induced by xylene, the swelling of the paw of the 1% carrageenan rat, and the granuloma of the cotton ball were tested. Observe its anti-inflammatory effects. RESULTS: The herb extract of Herba Diedochloa had significant antibacterial effect in vitro, and it could significantly inhibit the inflammatory reaction in each phase of experimental mice and rats. Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The herb extract of D. odoratum has obvious antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.
