《义务教育数学课程标准》指出:“数学教学必须从学生熟悉的生活情境和感兴趣的事物中提供观察和操作的机会,使他们感受到数学就在身边,感受到数学的趣味和作用,对数学产生亲切感。”这就要求数学教师要结合学生的生活经验和已有的知识来设计富有情趣和意义的活动,使学生切实体验到身边有数学,用数学可以解决生活中的实际问题,增强学生对数学知识的应用意
