本刊自本期起将开设疑难病例分析专栏,刊登来自全国各地的疑难杂症稿件,旨在总结诊治方面的宝贵经验,期望对临床有指导作用。相信对年轻医师也不无裨益,欢迎广大读者踊跃投稿。本栏首先刊登上海第二医科大学附属上海儿童医学中心疑难门诊的疑难杂症病例,上海儿童医学中心于1999年10月开设了疑难杂症门诊,由新华医院6位著名儿科专家担纲。这6位专家是:郭迪教授、冯树模教授、齐家仪教授、应大明教授、星圣楣教授和黄荣魁教授。他们的平均年龄为77岁,其中郭教授和冯教授已届90和89高龄。自门诊开设以来,6位教授以他们的仁爱之心、渊博的知识、精湛的医术和丰富的临床经验,已诊治了百余名来自全国各地的患儿,其中不乏辗转各地、四处求医的疑难杂症。 This issue of this issue will be opened from this issue of difficult case analysis column, published from around the country difficult to miscellaneous articles, aims to summarize the valuable experience in diagnosis and treatment, expect to have clinical guidance.
