目的探讨星形细胞瘤中抗原处理相关转运(TAP)蛋白分子表达及其临床意义,探讨星形细胞瘤的治疗策略。方法采用免疫组织化学技术对50例星形细胞瘤患者肿瘤组织和15例来自于脑外伤内减压手术、高血压脑出血及脑血管畸形手术中所取的正常脑组织中TAP蛋白的表达进行了检测。结果肿瘤组与正常组TAP蛋白阳性细胞百分率比较有显著性差异;低级别星形细胞瘤25例与高级别星形细胞瘤25例TAP蛋白平均阳性细胞百分率比较有显著性差异;低级别星形细胞瘤与高级别星形细胞瘤病例TAP蛋白表达阳性率比较有显著性差异;50例星形细胞瘤患者中复发者与未复发者TAP蛋白表达阳性率比较有显著性差异:死亡者与未死亡者TAP蛋白表达阳性率比较有显著性差异;50例星形细胞瘤患者中TAP蛋白表达阳性者与表达阴性者GOS评分比较有显著性差异。结论星形细胞瘤患者存在TAP蛋白分子低表达,推测其促使星形细胞瘤患者肿瘤细胞逃避免疫监视;推测TAP蛋白缺失率可成为预测星形细胞瘤的发生、恶性程度及其预后的指标之一。
Objective To investigate the molecular expression of TAP in astrocytomas and its clinical significance, and to explore the treatment strategy of astrocytoma. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect TAP protein in 50 cases of astrocytoma and 15 cases of normal brain tissue from decompression surgery, hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and cerebrovascular malformation The test. Results The percentages of TAP positive cells in tumor group and normal group were significantly different. The average percentage of TAP positive cells in 25 cases of low grade astrocytoma was significantly higher than that of high grade astrocytoma. The positive rates of TAP protein expression in patients with high-grade astrocytoma were significantly different from those in high-grade astrocytoma patients. The positive rates of TAP protein in recurrence and non-recurrence were significantly different among 50 cases of astrocytomas: There was a significant difference in the positive rate of TAP protein expression among the deceased persons. There was a significant difference in GOS score between TAP protein positive and negative expression in 50 cases of astrocytoma. Conclusion The low expression of TAP protein exists in astrocytoma patients, suggesting that astrocytoma patients with tumor cells to evade immune surveillance; presumed TAP protein deletion rate may be predictive of astrocytoma, the degree of malignancy and prognosis indicators one.
