国有单位在我国政治生活中占据重要地位,是公职人员从政的直接载体。当前一部分公职人员在特定单位从政环境中出现了背离规范行为模式的趋向,在单位层面净化公职人员的从政环境应当成为我国政治生态治理的重要目标。当前要以公共部门治理的一般规律及公共部门治理理论为指导,通过政治生态监测把握公职人员单位从政环境中存在的共性问题,依据内部控制的基本原则明确治理的关键点,针对问题滋生及蔓延的主客观原因明确治理要求,在此基础上,遵循积极治理的理念,研究构建公职人员单位净化从政环境的实施机制。
