以库尔勒香梨叶片为研究对象,采用人工沙尘覆盖的方法,设计沙尘覆盖厚度2,9mg/cm2和沙尘覆盖时间7,14,28,42d二因素正交试验,以无沙尘叶片为对照,分析了沙尘对叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。结果表明,沙尘覆盖条件下库尔勒香梨叶片SOD、CAT活性总体呈上升,而POD活性呈下降趋势;随着沙尘覆盖时间的延长,相同沙尘覆盖厚度下SOD活性呈上升趋势,POD活性则呈下降趋势,而CAT活性呈现先降后升趋势;沙尘覆盖越厚,SOD活性上升幅度越大,POD活性下降幅度越大,而CAT活性与沙尘覆盖厚度关系不显著,说明沙尘胁迫对库尔勒香梨叶片抗氧化酶SOD、POD、CAT活性产生的影响各不相同。
Taking Korla fragrant pear leaves as the research object, artificial sand dust covering method was used to design two-factor orthogonal experiment with dust cover thickness of 2,9mg / cm2 and dust cover time of 7,14,28,42d, As a control, the effects of sand dust on the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) in leaves were analyzed.
