核心力量在学术研究中逐步得到重视,它的训练功效不仅对康复领域起着重要的作用,而且可以适用在竞技运动项目中。将核心力量训练与篮球运动员的体能训练相结合起到了明显的效果,对全面均衡的发展篮球运动员的力量至关重要,是篮球运动员体能训练的一个重要组成部分。我国的篮球运动对此只是停留在初步的概念认识上,本文就篮球运动员核心力量训练方法进行分析,以期进一步认识核心力量训练法。
The core strength is gradually paid more attention in academic research. Its training effect not only plays an important role in the field of rehabilitation, but also can be applied in competitive sports. Combining the core strength training with the physical training of basketball players has played a significant effect, which is crucial to the development of basketball players in an all-round and balanced manner. It is an important part of the physical training of basketball players. The basketball in our country only stays in the preliminary conceptual understanding. This article analyzes the training method of the core strength of the basketball players in order to further understand the core strength training method.
