一、前言众所周知,渐开线圆柱齿轮传动中,基本齿条的齿廓是齿轮设计、计算、制造的基础或基准。基本齿廓的参数直接影响着所设计的齿轮齿廓,齿轮刀具的齿廓。刀具齿廓各个参数就是由标准的基本齿条各参数来决定的。带有切削刃,具有切削运动的齿条通过滚切运动再现出的假想基本齿条称为“产形齿条”。对于锥齿轮,传统资料甚至标准中往往把冠轮背锥的展开齿廓当做锥齿轮基本齿廓,或把基本齿廓看成是直径变为无穷大的冠轮轮齿截面形状,或使当量圆柱齿轮的节圆半径变为无穷大的结果,由这一结果导致
