目的：探讨五脂胶囊治疗慢性乙肝临床疗效。方法：联苯双酯作为对照观察五脂胶囊对慢性乙型肝炎80例的疗效。结果：五脂胶囊改善临床症状和降低AST优于联苯双脂；降低ALT与之相似；停药后反跳率及幅度明显低于联苯双酯。结论：五脂胶囊临床疗效优于联苯双酯。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wuzhi Capsule in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B Methods: Bifendate was used as a control to observe the effect of Wuzhi Capsule on 80 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients. Results: Wuzhi capsule improved clinical symptoms and decreased AST better than biphenyl lipid; reduced ALT was similar; after stopping the rebound rate and amplitude was significantly lower than that of bifendate. Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of Wuzhi capsule is better than that of bifendate.
