本文以部分地区科技投入与三次产业结构灰色关联度为研究对象,利用《全国科技进步统计监测报告》、2007~2011年地区三次产业GDP、R&D经费和R&D人员投入等数据,分别测算出不同三次产业结构中R&D经费、R&D人员投入与三次产业产值之间的灰色关联度,得出:科技投入与三次产业结构之间的灰色关联度具有区域性差异,对样本中第一产业所占GDP比重较大地区,R&D人员投入对第一产业的影响大于其他产业,反之,对第一产业的影响小于第二、第三产业;不同产业结构地区,R&D经费投入对第三产业影响均最大。
In this paper, the gray relational degree of investment in science and technology and the three industrial structures in some areas is taken as the research object. The data of three industrial GDP, R & D expenditure and R & D personnel input in 2007-2009 are calculated using “National Science and Technology Progress Statistics Monitoring Report” The gray relational degree between R & D expenditure, R & D personnel input and output value of tertiary industry in the industrial structure shows that there is a regional difference in the gray relational degree between science and technology investment and tertiary industry structure, and the proportion of the primary industry in the sample In larger regions, R & D personnel input has a greater impact on the primary industry than other industries. On the contrary, the impact on the primary industry is less than that of the secondary and tertiary industries; in the regions with different industrial structures, the R & D expenditure has the greatest impact on the tertiary industry.
