盐酸苯乙哌酯(benpiate hydrochloride)是一种中枢性解胆碱能药物,为检测其生殖毒性,用本院实验动物中心提供的AMS纯系小鼠(体重:♂35.7±s3.2g,♀34.5±2.9g),于孕期d6~15im盐酸苯乙哌酯,50(相当于1/5 LD_(50),人临床拟用量5 000倍),5和0.5 mg·kg~(-1).阳性对照组于孕期d9~11im环磷酰胺10mg·kg~(-1),溶剂对照组给予等体积注射用水. 盐酸苯乙哌酯50 mg·kg~(-1)组母鼠体重降低,胚胎吸收率增高40.4%,活胎率降低58%,胎鼠体重减轻(1.2±s0.2 g),与溶剂对照组(分别为8.8%,90.2%和1.4±0.1g)比较有非常显著差别(P<0.01).50和5
