应用超声多普勒方法,对16例新生儿寒冷损伤综合征患儿的左心输出量及舒张功能进行了动态观察。结果见低体温(≤32℃)时心输出量显著降低,复温至35℃时心输出量与正常组间无显著差异,而每搏容量在低温及复温各阶段均无显著变化,提示新生儿寒冷损伤时心输出量降低主要是由于心率下降所致。舒张期功能见经二尖瓣舒张期血流早期峰值(E)与晚期峰值(A)之比(E/A值)在复温至35℃时显著增高,复温至37℃时又显著降低,提示寒冷损伤时新生儿在体温复至接近正常时有血浆容量的显著增加,此时应注意并发症的出现。
