本文通过构建OFDI逆向技术溢出效应的三角循环传导机制模型,并以华为科技有限公司和海尔集团为例,分析不同时期不同行业的公司如何通过技术互动、技术传递和技术吸收三大环节来实现企业技术进步。研究发现,华为主要通过兼顾自主创新和对外直接投资,实现技术互动与技术吸收的有效对接与相互促进。海尔主要通过与全球各大研发中心的纵横连线,实现技术互动与技术传递的协同交互,组成一流资源的生态圈来吸收利用先进技术促进企业技术进步。
This paper builds the triangular cyclic transmission mechanism model of OFDI reverse technology spillover effect. Taking Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and Haier Group as an example, this paper analyzes how companies from different industries at different periods through three major aspects of technology interaction, technology transfer and technology absorption to achieve business skill improved. The study found that Huawei achieved effective docking and mutual promotion of technology interaction and technology absorption mainly through balancing independent innovation with foreign direct investment. Haier mainly through the vertical and horizontal connection with major R & D centers around the world to achieve the interaction of technology interaction and technology transfer interaction, the formation of first-class ecosystem of resources to absorb the use of advanced technology to promote technological progress.
