无功能性原发性肾上腺皮质癌为高度恶性肿瘤，临床较少见。我们自1991－1996年共收治4例，均经手术和病理证实。报告如下。临床资料本组4例，男3例，女1例。年龄40－58岁，平均46岁。病程最短1个月，最长14个月，中位病程5个月。肿瘤均发生于单侧肾上腺，左右各2例。I％床表现
Non-functional primary adrenocortical carcinoma is a highly malignant tumor that is rare in clinical practice. We have treated 4 cases from 1991 to 1996, and were confirmed by surgery and pathology. The report is as follows. Clinical data in this group of 4 cases, 3 males and 1 female. Age 40-58, average 46 years old. The shortest course of illness is 1 month and the longest is 14 months. The median course of illness is 5 months. Tumors occurred in the unilateral adrenal glands and left and right in 2 cases. I% bed performance
