运动训练过程,主要是对运动员机体施加一定负荷的刺激。这种刺激是有计划、有目的的打破机体内环境的平衡,产生新的适应。从而使机体各器官、系统的机能向更高水平转化,获得新的平衡。这种训练适应的前提条件就是训练过程中对运动员所施加的负荷安排的科学性。训练负荷太小,运动能力提高不明显;运动负荷过大,不仅不能提高运动能力,反而会产生劣变现象。采用生理、生化指标,对优秀网球运动员进行运动负荷的监督与控制,收到了良好效果。使运动成绩有了明显提高。
Exercise training process, mainly exert a certain load on the athlete’s body stimulation. This stimulus is planned and purposeful to break the balance of the body environment, resulting in new adaptations. So that the body’s organs and systems function to a higher level of conversion, a new balance. The prerequisites for this training adaptation are the scientific nature of the load arrangements exercised by the athletes during training. Training load is too small, the improvement of exercise capacity is not obvious; exercise load is too large, not only can not improve the exercise capacity, but will produce deterioration phenomenon. Using physiological and biochemical indicators, excellent tennis athletes exercise load supervision and control, received good results. Sports scores have been significantly improved.
