槐定碱(Sophordidine)是自豆科槐属植物苦豆草(Sophora alopecuroides L.)中提的生物碱。 一、按序贯法给小鼠iv槐定碱求得LD_(50)为:53.75±1.20mg/kg。 二、槐定碱的抗心率失常作用:槐定碱在LD_(50)的1/10～1/5～1/3剂量时,能明显对抗大鼠由乌头碱、氯化钙、氯化钡和肾上腺素化学物质诱发的心律失常;但对哇巴因诱发豚鼠的心律失常无明显影响;对电刺激诱发家兔室颤阈明显提高。
