由两步种子溶胀聚合法制备的聚合物微球尺寸均一可控,制备的多孔微球孔径、孔分布可控,被广泛应用于色谱柱填料、离子交换树脂、生物分离和催化剂载体等领域。本文介绍了两步种子溶胀聚合的聚合工艺;阐述了两步种子溶胀聚合的溶胀机理以及用该法制备多孔微球的致孔机理;进一步分析了影响两步种子溶胀聚合的各种因素:包括聚合过程的控制以及聚合配方的控制因素等;简要综述了通过该方法所制备的多孔聚合物微球,并对两步种子溶胀聚合方法今后的发展方向进行了展望。
The size of the polymer microspheres prepared by two-step seed swelling polymerization is uniformly controlled. The prepared porous microspheres have controlled pore size and pore distribution and are widely used in the fields of column packing, ion exchange resin, biological separation and catalyst carrier. In this paper, the polymerization process of two-step seed swelling polymerization was introduced. The swelling mechanism of the two-step seed swelling polymerization and the pore formation mechanism of the porous microspheres prepared by this method were expounded. Various factors affecting the two-step seed swelling polymerization were further analyzed. The control of the polymerization process and the control factors of the polymerization formula. The porous polymer microspheres prepared by the method are briefly reviewed. The future development of the two-step seed swelling polymerization method is also forecasted.
