目的评价学校和家庭性教育对中学生性和生殖健康知识的影响。方法在上海市徐汇区11所中学开展干预研究,干预持续2年。通过干预前后2次问卷调查评价干预效果。结果干预前干预1组初中生总知识得分(18.75)低于干预2组(26.00)和对照组(28.55)(P<0.05)。高中生干预1组、干预2组、对照组总知识得分分别为40.54,37.57和38.17,差异无统计学意义。干预后各组中学生各项知识得分均明显提高(P<0.01),但2个干预组的上升幅度更明显(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示,调整其他影响因素后,2个干预组与对照组知识得分增值的差值初中生为16.5和22.9,高中生为18.8和16.8。结论性教育可明显提高中学生性与生殖健康知识水平。对于不同年龄段中学生,不同的性教育模式效果有所不同。
Objective To evaluate the impact of sex education in school and at home on sexual and reproductive health of middle school students. Methods An intervention study was conducted in 11 middle schools in Xuhui District, Shanghai. The intervention lasted for 2 years. Intervention before and after 2 questionnaires to assess the effect of intervention. Results The total knowledge score (18.75) of intervention group before intervention was lower than that of intervention group 2 (26.00) and control group (28.55) (P <0.05). One group of high school students intervened, two groups of intervention, the control group total knowledge scores were 40.54,37.57 and 38.17, the difference was not statistically significant. After intervention, the knowledge score of middle school students in each group were significantly increased (P <0.01), but the two intervention groups increased more significantly (P <0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that after adjusting for other influencing factors, the difference in value added of knowledge scores between the two intervention groups and the control group was 16.5 and 22.9 for junior high school students and 18.8 and 16.8 for high school students. Conclusions Sex education can obviously improve the knowledge of sexual and reproductive health of middle school students. For different age groups of middle school students, different sex education modes have different effects.
