目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定布南色林片含量的方法。方法:以Kromasil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-甲醇-25 mmol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钠溶液(35:30:35),检测波长为243 nm,流速为1 ml·min~(-1),柱温为30℃。结果:布南色林在0.025 1~0.209 2μg范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.1%,RSD=0.6%。结论:本方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Bu Nanchuang tablets. Methods: Kromasil C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol-25 mmol·L -1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution (35:30:35) The detection wavelength was 243 nm, the flow rate was 1 ml · min ~ (-1) and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: There was a good linearity (r = 0.999 9) between injection volume and peak area in the range of 0.025 1 ~ 0.209 2 μg. The average recovery was 100.1% and the RSD was 0.6%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and specific and can be used for the quality control of the preparation
