目的探讨产科护士疼痛知识培训对妇产科护理质量及满意度的改善效果评价。方法将该院2013年12月—2015年1月年龄、性别、学历和经验相当的30名产科护士随机分为观察组及对照组,每组产科护士各15人。对观察组的产科护士进行疼痛相关知识的培训(培训内容为事先已经讨论并制定好的计划和内容),对对照组的产科护士不进行疼痛相关知识的培训。进过培训后,分析对比培训后二组产科护士对疼痛相关知识的掌握程度,以及对比二组护士关于疼痛知识的4个方面(包括疼痛药物知识、疼痛一般知识、疼痛评估知识以及疼痛干预知识)的问卷得分情况,经过培训后让其对产妇进行一段时间的疼痛护理,然后分析对比经过二组产科护士的护理后,将二组产科患者的疼痛护理质量(疼痛护理满意度以及疼痛缓解满意度)进行比较。结果观察组经过疼痛知识培训后疼痛知识得分显著性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇对护理的满意度和对疼痛缓解的满意度分别为99%和90%,均显著的优于对照组产妇对护理的满意度(85%)和对疼痛的满意度(68%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科护士疼痛知识培训可有效提高护士对疼痛相关知识的掌握,提高护理质量及患者的满意度,值得临床上进行推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of obstetric nurses’ pain knowledge training on the improvement of obstetrics and gynecology nursing quality and satisfaction. Methods A total of 30 obstetric nurses from December 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital who had the same age, sex, educational level and experience were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 15 nurses in each group. Obstetric nurses in the observation group were trained in pain-related knowledge (training content was previously discussed and formulated a good plan and content), the control group of obstetric nurses do not carry pain-related knowledge training. After training, we analyzed the mastery degree of pain-related knowledge of two groups of obstetric nurses after training and compared the two groups of nurses about pain knowledge (including pain medicine knowledge, general pain knowledge, pain assessment knowledge and pain intervention knowledge ) Of the questionnaire score, after training to let the maternal pain care for a period of time, and then analysis and comparison of the two groups of obstetric nurses after care, the two groups of obstetric patients pain quality of care (pain care satisfaction and pain relief satisfaction Degrees) for comparison. Results The score of pain knowledge in the observation group after pain knowledge training was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the nursing group and the pain relief group in the observation group were 99% and 90%, respectively %, Respectively, were significantly better than the control group maternal satisfaction with nursing (85%) and pain satisfaction (68%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Obstetric nurse training of pain knowledge can effectively improve nurses’ mastery of pain-related knowledge, improve quality of care and patient satisfaction, which is worth to be promoted clinically.
