夏945HF井三开沙河街组地层存在大段泥岩、高压油泥岩和油页岩,且层理和微裂缝发育,受地应力及钻井液浸泡作用极易垮塌,造成井壁失稳;斜井段和水平段钻进过程中面临严峻的井眼净化、润滑防卡和油气层保护等钻井液技术难题。为此,三开选用铝胺基钻井液体系,主要配方:5%钠膨润土+0.3%PAM+0.5%有机胺SD-5+1.5%铝基聚合物DLP-1+3%超细碳酸钙+3%SDJ-2+3%GL-1+2%KFT+2%SMP-2+1.0%DSP-2+15%原油+0.3%固体乳化剂SN-1+2%固体防塌润滑剂RH-2+1%MSO+重晶石粉。室内评价试验表明,铝胺基钻井液具有强抑制、强封堵、低滤失、优良的润滑性、流变性、抗温能力和油气层保护效果。现场应用表明,铝胺基钻井液流变性能稳定,动塑比保持在0.5左右,API滤失量在2.4m L以内,HTHP滤失量在8.0m L以内,泥饼黏附系数在0.1以内,配合合理的密度与工程技术措施,较好地解决了该井所面临的钻井液技术难题,保证了该井钻井顺利施工和完井。
There are large sections of mudstone, high pressure oil and mudstone and oil shale in the formation of the Shahejie Formation in the Shahe 945HF well. The strata and microcracks develop and are prone to collapse due to ground stress and drilling fluid immersion, resulting in instability of the borehole wall. During the drilling of the section and the horizontal section, the drilling fluid technical problems such as severe wellbore purification, lubrication anti-card and oil and gas layer protection are faced with. To this end, the three selected aluminum amine drilling fluid system, the main formula: 5% sodium bentonite + 0.3% PAM + 0.5% organic amine SD-5 + 1.5% aluminum-based polymer DLP-1 + 3% ultrafine calcium carbonate + 3% SDJ-2 + 3% GL-1 + 2% KFT + 2% SMP-2 + 1.0% DSP-2 + 15% Crude Oil + 0.3% Solid Emulsifier SN- 2 + 1% MSO + barite powder. Laboratory evaluation shows that aluminum amine drilling fluid has strong inhibition, strong plugging, low fluid loss, excellent lubricity, rheology, temperature resistance and oil and gas reservoir protection. The field application shows that the rheological properties of aluminum-amine-based drilling fluid are stable, the dynamic plastic ratio remains around 0.5, the API filtration loss is within 2.4m L, the filtration loss of HTHP is within 8.0m L, the adhesion coefficient of mud cake is within 0.1, With a reasonable density and engineering and technical measures to better solve the well drilling fluid technology problems facing the well to ensure the well drilling well construction and completion.
