我市卫生局公共卫生监督所受理了一起发生在市区某酒家,但在责任人认定上有争议的疑似食物中毒案件。经立案查明,投诉人的食物中毒事实成立,聚餐者38人,经调查核实的中毒人数为6名,投诉人自带食物引起中毒的可能性经确切概率法分析,结果提示可以排除,遂确定事故责任人是该酒家。该案情节复杂,兹报道如下。流行病学调查1.中毒案概况:1997年8月20日18时左右,周某在市区某中型酒家摆设酒席4桌,宴请诸宾客38人。次日14时起,据投诉人反映,有14名食客先后发生以腹痛腹泻为主要症状的不良反应。2.临床资料:据6名接受过诊治的病人统计。(1)潜伏期:最短潜伏期为20小时,最长为
Public Health Surveillance of the Municipal Health Bureau accepted a case of suspected food poisoning that occurred in a restaurant in the urban area but was found controversial by the responsible persons. After investigation, the complainant’s food poisoning fact was established. 38 people attended the dinner meal.
