目的:建立测定小龙虾中镉的微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法。方法:样品经硝酸微波消解后,以石墨炉原子吸收法测定。结果:镉在1.0 ng/ml~10.0 ng/ml浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数r=0.9992,方法检出限为0.001 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为3.8%~4.8%,回收率为90.0%~105%。结论:该法操作简便,快速、检出限低,结果可靠,可用于小龙虾中镉的测定。
Objective: To establish a microwave digestion method for the determination of cadmium in crayfish - graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: Samples were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry after microwave digestion with nitric acid. RESULTS: The calibration curve was linear over the range of 1.0 ng / ml to 10.0 ng / ml with a correlation coefficient of 0.9992. The detection limit was 0.001 mg / kg, the relative standard deviation was 3.8% -4.8% and the recovery was 90.0% ~ 105%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, low detection limit, reliable results, can be used for the determination of cadmium in crayfish.
