目的 初步研究自动洗片机运行参数的调控方法。方法 在显影液的一个使用周期中 ,用标准感光的“样片” ,每 3d测试一次自动洗片机不同显影温度时输出胶片的密度。选择适当的显影温度 ,制成调控参数表。结果 胶片密度随显影液新旧变化 ,幅度为 0 .82。根据调控参数表调整洗片机运行参数后输出胶片的密度变化幅度为 0 .17,是调整前的 2 0 %。胶片的密度变化明显减少。结论 根据调控参数表 ,适时调整洗片机运行参数 ,可以有效控制洗片机输出胶片的密度。
Objective To preliminarily study the method of adjusting the operating parameters of an automatic processor. Method The density of the output film was measured every 3 days using a standard photographic “sample” during one cycle of development of the developer. Select the appropriate development temperature to make a regulatory parameter list. Results The film density varied with the developer in the old and new, with a magnitude of 0.82. Adjusting the operating parameters of the processor according to the control parameter table changes the output film density to 0.17, which is 20% before the adjustment. Film density changes are significantly reduced. Conclusion According to the control parameter table, timely adjust the operating parameters of the washing machine can effectively control the density of the film output from the film processor.
