血小板粘附于内皮下胶原纤维是生理止血和病理性血栓形成的第一步。胶原和血小板相互作用机制的研究为进一步阐明血栓形成的起因提供了极为有用的依据 ;同时胶原在血小板膜上受体及其拮抗剂的研究为预防和早期治疗血栓性疾病开辟了新的领域。近年来 ,随着流式细胞术 (FCM)等检测方法的逐渐普及 ,血小板胶原受体的研究倍受关注。本文就血小板膜糖蛋白中胶原的受体及其与胶原的相互作用作一综述 ,并介绍其拮抗剂研究的一些新进展
Platelet adhesion to the subendothelial collagen fibers is the first step in physiological hemostasis and pathological thrombosis. The study of collagen-platelet interaction mechanism provides a very useful basis for further elucidating the cause of thrombus formation. Meanwhile, the research of collagen on platelet membrane receptors and its antagonists has opened up a new field for the prevention and early treatment of thrombotic diseases. In recent years, with the gradual popularization of detection methods such as flow cytometry (FCM), the research of platelet collagen receptor has drawn much attention. This review summarizes the receptor of collagen in platelet membrane glycoprotein and its interaction with collagen, and introduces some new progress of its antagonist
