使用自动埋弧焊技术对特厚(厚度为80 mm)F690钢板进行双面多层焊接试验,测试了焊接接头室温拉伸性能和硬度,检验了-60℃下Charpy冲击性能,分析了焊接接头不同亚区的显微组织。结果表明,在热输入量(E)为35 kJ/cm下,F690钢未出现焊接热影响区软化现象,焊接接头的强度和韧性匹配良好。热影响粗晶区(CGHAZ)组织主要为板条状贝氏体(LB),热影响细晶区(FGHAZ)组织主要为细小粒状贝氏体(GB)。
The double-sided multi-layer welding test was carried out on the extremely thick (80 mm) F690 steel plates by using the automatic submerged arc welding technique. The tensile properties and hardness of the welded joints at room temperature were tested. The Charpy impact properties at -60 ℃ were tested. Different sub-regions of the microstructure. The results show that there is no softening phenomenon in the weld HAZ at the heat input (E) of 35 kJ / cm, and the strength and toughness of the welded joints are well matched. CGHAZ mainly consisted of lath bainite (LB) and FGHAZ mainly composed of fine grained bainite (GB).
