目的探索从中华眼镜蛇(Chinese cobra,Naja naja atra)蛇毒中一次性快速分离提纯具有抗补体活性及溶血活性的中华眼镜蛇蛇毒因子子质量测定,并鉴定其活性与毒性。结果本法CCVF得率高于2%,电泳图谱呈单一区带,由3个亚基组成,相对分子质量为145 800,抗补体及溶血活性强,毒性低。结论本法操作简单,时间短,纯度高,为一实用高效快速提纯方法。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the sub-mass determination of Chinese cobra venom factor from Chinese cobra (Naja naja atra) snake venom by one-time rapid isolation and purification of anti-complement activity and hemolytic activity, and to identify its activity and toxicity. Results The CCVF yield of this method was higher than 2%. The electrophoretogram showed a single zone, consisting of 3 subunits. The relative molecular weight was 145 800. The anti-complement and haemolytic activities were strong and the toxicity was low. Conclusion This method is simple, short time, and high purity. It is a practical and efficient method for rapid purification.
