为了解决低透气性煤层注水降尘难的问题,提出了一种新型煤层降尘方法——高压脉动水锤注水。该方法以水为载体,对煤层施加周期性的脉冲压力波,增裂并连通煤层原有孔隙,增加煤层有效孔隙,改善注水效果。现场试验表明,该方法可以克服传统注水方法流量逐渐降低的问题。对注水后的煤层采样发现,相比传统静压注水,其水分增量和湿润范围明显增大。经测定,采用高压脉动注水后,工作面粉尘量降低60%,有效地改善了井下工作环境。
In order to solve the problem of difficult dusting by low gas permeability coal seam water injection, a new method of dust reduction by coal seam, high pressure pulsating water hammer injection, is proposed. The method uses water as a carrier, applies periodic pulse pressure waves to the coal seam, increases cracking and connects the original pores in the coal seam, increases the effective pores in the coal seam, and improves the water injection effect. Field tests show that this method can overcome the problem of the traditional water injection method of gradually reducing the flow. Sampling of coal seam after water injection shows that compared with traditional hydrostatic injection, the water increment and wetting range obviously increase. It is determined that the use of high pressure pulsating water injection, the working face dust reduction of 60%, effectively improving the underground working environment.
