目的:观察脂肝清颗粒对脂肪肝模型大鼠的影响。方法:用乙硫氨酸性脂肪肝、酒精性脂肪肝模型,观察脂肝清颗粒对血脂代谢、肝内脂代谢、肝组织改变、肝功能和肝内脂肪变细胞百分比等的影响。结果:脂肝清颗粒可使乙硫氨酸大鼠血CHO、TG显著升高,肝内TG、Gn显著降低,肝脏脂肪变性和颗粒变性显著改善。可使酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血CHO、TG、LDL显著降低,HDL显著升高,肝内TG、Gn含量显著降低,肝脏脂肪变性、颗粒变性、纤维组织增生显著改善。结论:脂肝清颗粒有明显抗脂肪肝作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Zhiganqing granules on fatty liver model rats. METHODS: The effects of Zhiganqing Granules on lipid metabolism, hepatic lipid metabolism, hepatic tissue changes, hepatic function and percentage of hepatic steatosis cells were observed with ethionine fatty liver and alcoholic fatty liver models. RESULTS: The serum concentrations of CHO and TG in ethionine rats were significantly increased, and TG and Gn in the liver were significantly decreased. The hepatic steatosis and granulose degeneration were significantly improved. The blood cholesterol, TG, and LDL of rats with alcoholic fatty liver can be significantly reduced, HDL is significantly increased, the contents of TG and Gn in liver are significantly reduced, and hepatic steatosis, granular degeneration, and fibrous tissue proliferation are significantly improved. Conclusion: Zhiganqing granules have obvious anti-fatty liver effects.
