患儿,男,3天,住院号152296。因发热哭闹9小时,于84年6月5日入院。系第一胎第一产,足月顺产,娩出窒息5分钟,生后12小时喂奶无呕吐。于入院前9小时发热达38…40℃,无青紫及呼吸困难。体检;T39℃,R120次/分,P146次/分,反应差,皮肤巩膜黄染,脐带长7cm,根部发红,有脓性分泌物。前囟2.5×2.5cm、平坦,心肺正常,肝肋下2cm,脾未及。余未见异常。实验室检查:血红蛋白24.6g％,白血球
