目的通过对上饶地区变态反应性疾病的患者进行过敏原检测分析,筛选本地区常见过敏原种类。方法采用免疫印迹法体外过敏原检测系统检测1437例变态反应性疾病患者血清中总IgE水平和各种过敏原。结果 1437例变态反应性疾病患者总IgE阳性率为69.9%。吸入性过敏原阳性率从高到低依次为户尘螨/粉尘螨组合16.21%、霉菌组合(点青霉/分枝孢霉/烟曲霉/交链孢霉)10.16%、树花粉:组合(柏/榆/梧桐/柳/三角叶杨)5.21%、蟑螂5.01%、矮豚草/蒿组合4.94%、葎草3.76%、动物毛皮屑组合(猫/狗毛皮屑)2.01%;食入性过敏原从高到低依次为牛奶4.73%、鱼/虾/蟹组合3.34%、小麦2.61%、腰果/花生/黄豆组合2.57%、牛肉/羊肉组合2.15%、芒果2.08%鸡蛋白/蛋黄组合2.01%。结论变态反应性疾病患者血清中总IgE明显升高,本地区吸入性过敏原以户螨类、霉菌组合类为主、食入性过敏原以牛奶、鱼/虾/蟹组合类为主。且大多数患者对1或2种过敏原过敏。
Objective Allergen detection and analysis of patients with allergic diseases in Shangrao, screening of common allergens in the region. Methods The serum total IgE levels and allergens in 1437 patients with allergic diseases were detected by Western blotting in vitro allergen detection system. Results The total IgE positive rate of 1437 patients with allergic diseases was 69.9%. The positive rates of inhalational allergens from high to low were 16.21% of house dust mite / dust mite combination, 10.16% of mold combination (Penicillium / Myceliophthora / Aspergillus fumigatus / Alternaria), tree pollen: 5.21% for cocklebur, 5.01% for cockroach, 4.94% for breed Ragweed / Artemisia, 3.76% for Ragweed and 2.01% for animal dander combination (cat / dog dander) The allergens were 4.73% milk, 3.34% fish / shrimp / crab, wheat 2.61%, cashew / peanut / soybean 2.57%, beef / mutton 2.15%, mango 2.08% egg white / yolk 2.01 %. Conclusion Serum total IgE was significantly elevated in patients with allergic diseases. The inhalational allergens in this area mainly consisted of household mites and fungi, and the major food-intake allergens were milk and fish / shrimp / crab. Most patients are allergic to one or two allergens.
