本文通过深入调研,从企业人才的视角出发,以绍兴柯桥为例,对人才激励的区域环境要素指标进行系统的量化开发和测评。根据调查结果,通过满意度矩阵分析发现,受访者反映的人才前五项的激励需求是治安环境、职业发展、收入水平、生态环境、住房条件等基本需求。柯桥吸引人才的优势在于治安环境、户籍政策、子女入学、基础设施等。而生态环境是制约人才引进的关键因素。
In this paper, through in-depth investigation and research, from the perspective of enterprise personnel, taking Shaoxing Keqiao as an example, we systematically quantitatively develop and evaluate indicators of regional environmental factors that motivate talents. According to the survey results, through satisfaction matrix analysis, it is found that the top five motivating needs of respondents reflect the basic needs of law and order environment, career development, income level, ecological environment and housing conditions. The advantages of Keqiao in recruiting talents lie in the law and order environment, household registration policy, children’s enrollment and infrastructure. The ecological environment is the key factor restricting the introduction of qualified personnel.
