北京基因型菌株是结核分枝杆菌的一个进化支,通过分子流行病学、实验和临床研究调查,基于其传播和引起疾病能力的增强及遗传同质性,可能比其他结核分枝杆菌菌株更有选择性优势。不同的细胞实验和动物模型证明,相比其他基因型菌株,北京基因型菌株毒力更强,引起更严重的组织病理学改变,加速疾病的进程同时增加死亡率,抑制宿主免疫反应。文献报道显示,北京基因型菌株具有独特的基因型,其超毒力可以通过与宿主免疫系统的相互作用来说明。本文综述近年北京基因型菌株流行及菌株毒力方面的研究成果。
Beijing genotype strains are a clade of M. tuberculosis that, through molecular epidemiological, experimental and clinical investigations, may be more amputated and cause disease-based enhancements and genetic homogeneity than other M. tuberculosis strains A selective advantage. Different cell experiments and animal models demonstrate that Beijing genotype strains are more virulent than other genotype strains, causing more severe histopathological changes, accelerating disease progression while increasing mortality and inhibiting host immune responses. Reported in the literature, Beijing genotype strains have a unique genotype, its super-virulence can be described by the interaction with the host immune system. This review summarizes the research results of genotype strains and virulence in Beijing in recent years.
