The Feng-feng Formation is the highest Ordovician in the northern part of Henan Province. Based on the data from the Bo’ai-Houzhai and Anyang copper-metallurgy profiles, this paper discusses the Feng-feng Formation and its conodont assemblages. The Feng-feng Formation is characterized by a large number of fibrous conodonts and belongs to the conodont zone of the Middle Continent in North America. The Tasmanognathus careyi belt and the Micrococlodus symmetric belt can be built to associate with the Fenglan Group in North China and the Wulan-Dong Group in She Tai Region of Inner Mongolia The lower and middle parts are comparable and can be compared with the North American Joachim and Plattin formations, rather precisely the upper and black Hemisphere orders of Fauna, ie the lower part of Fauna6-Fauna8 and also with the Gordon sub-group of Tasmania, Australia.
