2009年11月至2011年10月,我校的立项项目《中职学校班主任量化指标体系的构建和实践》的小组成员以科学严谨的态度,按照自治区批准立项申请书所设定的目标和进程努力工作,刻苦攻关,边实践边改进,按计划完成了各项任务,取得了预期的效果。在班主任量化考核指标实施过程中,经过不断的实践检验,我们取得了一些成绩,也有了一些深刻的体会。
From November 2009 to October 2011, the team members of our project, “Construction and Practice of Quantification Index System for Heads of Secondary Vocational Schools” from a scientific perspective, in accordance with the goals and processes set by the autonomous region to approve the project application Worked hard, tackled key problems and made improvements while practicing. Various tasks were accomplished as planned and the desired results were achieved. In the course of implementing the quantitative assessment indicators of class teachers, we have achieved some successes and some profound experiences through constant practice tests.
