新课程改革对教师和课堂教学提出了更高的要求,为了进一步推进新课改,我校开展了一系列的课堂教学模式的探索。“同课异构”是我们近两年来所采取的教研方式。“同课异构”的教研方式,可以引发参与者智慧的碰撞,可以长善救失,取长补短,明显提高教育教学效果,同时也为教师提供了一个面对面互动交流的平台。2013年3月25日,我们高二语文备课组按照教学处和教科室的教研计划与教研要求,开展了本期的第二轮“同课异构”教研
The new curriculum reform put forward higher requirements for teachers and classroom teaching.
