Salusins(α和β)是人类扭转应力障碍基因家族 TOR2A 的选择性剪接产物,其参与细胞内信号转导及细胞增生等,且能影响葡萄糖调节蛋白78( GRP78)和抑凋亡蛋白 Bcl-2的表达。这两种蛋白均是凋亡相关蛋白,其对细胞的生长与凋亡起关键作用。 Salusins可通过影响GRP78和Bcl-2的表达,从而使糖尿病患者肾脏细胞凋亡,最终导致肾脏损伤。通过对salusins的研究有望为糖尿病肾病的临床治疗提供新的思路。“,”Salusins(αand β) ,participating in the reaction of signal transduction of cells ,cell prolifera-tion and having an influence on the expression of glucose regulating protein 78(GRP78) and apoptosis sup-pressor protein Bcl-2,are the alternative splicings of a human gene family TOR2A torsional stress.Both are apoptosis related proteins,playing an important role in the growth and apoptosis of cells.Salusins can make the kidney cell apoptosis through influencing the expression of GRP78 and Bcl-2,which eventually leads to kidney damage.The research of salusins is expected to be providing a new method for the clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
