众所周知,稀土元素是包括周期表中的镧系元素(z=57~71)和钪、钇等十七个元素,稀土元素的电子层结构和核结构决定了稀土元素及其化合物的性质,而稀土元素的许多独特性质又决定了它们的应用。因此对稀土元素化合物的性质及结构进行研究,探索稀土金属在新材料方面新的应用是有意义的。本文报道了二碘荧光素、四碘荧光素及其稀土配合物的半导体导电性质及结构,这些工作尚未见文献报道。
