应用0.25~0.60kgy的~(60)Co-射线对荔枝蒂蛀虫ConopomorphasinensisBradley卵和蛹进行了辐照处理的研究,结果表明,卵的孵化率随辐照剂量的增加而降低。0.60kGy辐照后,卵不孵率和幼虫死亡率达93.64%。前期蛹比4~5天龄的蛹对γ-射线敏感。经0.50kGy辐照后,供试的前期蛹不能羽化为成虫,经0.50和0.60kGy辐照4~5天龄的蛹后,蛹的羽化率分别为74.93%和67.68%,而且羽化出来的成虫为不育成虫。
Irradiation treatment of Conopomorphasinensis Bradley eggs and pupae with 0.25 ~ 0.60 kgy ~ (60) Co-rays showed that the hatching rate of eggs decreased with the increase of irradiation dose. After irradiation with 0.60kGy, the rate of hatching and larval mortality of the eggs reached 93.64%. Pre-pupae are more sensitive to gamma rays than pupae of 4-5 days old. After irradiated by 0.50kGy, the pupal instar of the tested pupal could not emerge as adults, and the pupal eclosion rates were 74.93% and 67% respectively after irradiating 4 ~ 5 days pupae at 0.50 and 0.60kGy. 68%, and adult emergence of infertile adults.
