采用水溶液聚合法 ,以硝酸铈铵为引发剂 ,N ,N -亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂 ,在淀粉接枝共聚丙烯酰胺的基础上添加矿物粉体 ,合成高吸水性复合材料。本文系统地研究了淀粉、交联剂、引发剂、粘土、水解度等聚合条件对复合材料吸水性能的影响 ,制备出的粘土 /有机树脂复合材料具有较高的吸水性及保水性 ,在降低产品生产成本及提高材料综合性能方面具有使用价值。其吸蒸馏水及 0 9%NaCl溶液分别为 30 10 g g- 1和 138g g- 1。
An aqueous solution polymerization method was used to synthesize superabsorbent composites based on starch graft copolymerization acrylamide by using ammonium cerium nitrate as initiator and N, N - methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinking agent. In this paper, the influences of polymerization conditions such as starch, cross-linking agent, initiator, clay and degree of hydrolysis on the water absorption of composites were systematically studied. The prepared clay / organic resin composites have high water absorption and water retention, Product cost and improve the overall performance of the material has the use value. The distilled water and 0.9% NaCl solution were 30 10 g g -1 and 138 g g -1, respectively.
