本研究基于身体现象学,以口述的方式记录了女大学生在户外徒步运动中的身体体验与心路历程及其与时空、环境、人际、运动产生的关联,挖掘并诠释女性身体运动体验蕴含的意义及其对女大学生自我意识产生的影响。研究认为女大学生在户外徒步运动中的时空体验、感官体验、身心体验、人际体验、运动体验互为关联、互相影响,具有很强的具身性和反思性。这些体验既是她们在常规生活中(社会结构)所处的位置和情形在自我反思性身体知觉下的一种折射,又组成了她们认知社会世界的基础。在户外徒步运动中,女大学生克服了在日常生活中的身体焦虑、被动与压抑,在“关注自我”、“挑战自我”、“掌控自我”“发现真我”的过程中获得了自由、愉悦、赋权、审美体验,由此产生了在日常生活经验以外对自我身体、生活、生命的感悟和认知。
Based on body phenomenology, this study recorded the body experience and mentality of female college students in outdoor walking and their association with time and space, environment, interpersonal and sports, and explicated the significance of female body movement experience And its impact on the self-awareness of female college students. The research shows that female college students’ time-space experience, sensory experience, physical and psychological experience, interpersonal experience and sports experience in outdoor walking are interrelated and influence each other and have strong personalities and reflections. These experiences are both a refraction of their position and situation in the ordinary life (social structure) under self-reflective body perception, and they form the basis of their cognitive social world. In outdoor walking, female college students overcome their physical anxiety, passiveness and depression in their daily life, in “self-esteem”, “self-challenged”, “self-control” and “real self-discovery” The process of gaining freedom, pleasure, empowerment, aesthetic experience, resulting in the daily life experience beyond the self-body, life, life perception and cognition.
