This paper introduced unique ethnic customs in Tongdao Dong Nationality Autonomous County, analyzed the current situation and problems of local tourism development, proposed the government-dominated development concept, the construction of benefi t-sharing mechanism, the integration of tourism resources, and the promotion of scenic areas’ attraction, so as to push forward tourism development of the Dong villages, and further enhance the co-development of local economy and society.
