目前建筑施工中多采用预制构件和现浇工艺,浇注中可能发生钢筋位移,影响工程质量,严重时可导致楼房倒塌等重大事故。如何无破损地测出构件内的钢筋位置,确定保护层厚度是否达到规范中的要求,是建筑施工单位、构件厂质量检验员们多年来希望解决的技术难题。由山东建筑工程学院研制的HBY-84A型混凝土保护层测定仪圆满地解决了上述课题。该仪是根据电磁感应原理,直接利用探测头从外部测量混凝土
At present, prefabricated components and cast-in-place processes are frequently used in construction. Displacement of steel bars may occur during pouring, which may affect the quality of the project. In serious cases, major accidents such as building collapse may be caused. How to measure the position of the rebar in the component without any damage and determine whether the thickness of the protective layer meets the requirements in the specification is a technical problem that the construction unit and the quality inspector of the component factory have hoped to solve for many years.
