近年来,随着我国经济的飞速发展及企业的进步,员工的忠诚度对于企业的发展发挥着越来越重要的作用,企业员工忠诚度下降,关键人才流失已经成为困扰企业发展的一个瓶颈,如何通过有效的措施提高员工的忠诚度,直接关系着企业的人才储备,进而影响企业经营效益的提升。本文通过分析员工忠诚度的含义以及忠诚度提升的意义,进而分析了员工忠诚度下降的原因,最后提出了通过制定健全合理且具竞争力的薪酬和福利制度,满足员工基本需求,积极进行沟通,树立以人为本的思想,塑造企业文化等对策提高企业员工的忠诚度。
In recent years, with the rapid economic development in our country and the progress of enterprises, loyalty of employees plays an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises.
