主梁是堆取料机的重要钢结构箱型结构部件。主梁在圆形堆取料机中的位置,如图一所示。主梁一般分四节组成,每节长度为10米左右,多节主梁的焊接技术要求高,制造难度大,是钢结构中技术含量很高的构件,因此研制多节主梁的下料、组焊、演装等工艺方法合理性很重要,也是保证生产顺利进行、产品质量达标的必要条件。本方法适用于所有堆取料机主梁的下料、组焊、演装。目前堆取料机的应用领域逐渐扩大,主要用于港口、电力、建材、冶金、煤炭等行业。但在堆取料机主梁的制造演装上没有很好的方法,主梁的下料、组焊后拱度精度很难达到要求,由于堆取料机主梁是用来支撑堆取料机料耙和刮板的部件,受力复杂,载荷大且多样,是典型的受弯曲、拉压和扭转箱型截面梁。因此主梁的制造精度会直接影响整台设备的取料工作状况,针对混匀堆取料机主梁在实际中的工艺要求,该种新型制造方法的目的是使堆取料机主梁的制造精度提高,能够满足取料机设备安装精度和工作使用效果。
