目的观察整体性急诊急救护理运用于急诊危重症患者临床护理中的效果。方法选择2015年1—11月符合临床诊断标准的急诊危重症患者86例,随机分成观察组(43例)与对照组(43例),观察组实施整体性急诊急救护理干预;对照组运用常规急诊急救护理干预,比较分析两组护理效果。结果观察组平均急救时间为(20.4±1.3)min,显著低于对照组的(36.7±5.5)min(P<0.05)。观察组抢救成功率优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者家属对护理工作满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将整体性急诊急救护理运用于急诊危重症患者的临床护理中,有益于提升抢救成功率,减少急救时间,明显提高护理满意率。
Objective To observe the effect of using whole-body emergency first-aid nursing in the emergency nursing care of critically ill patients. Methods Eighty-six emergency critical patients who met the clinical diagnostic criteria from January to November in 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (43 cases) and control group (43 cases). The control group was treated with general emergency first aid nursing intervention. The control group Emergency nursing intervention, comparative analysis of two groups of nursing effects. Results The mean first aid time in observation group was (20.4 ± 1.3) min, which was significantly lower than that in control group (36.7 ± 5.5) min (P <0.05). The success rate of observation group was better than that of control group (P <0.05). Family members of the observation group were more satisfied with the nursing work than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of whole-body emergency first-aid nursing care to the emergency nursing care of critically ill patients is beneficial to improve the success rate of rescue, reduce the emergency time and improve the nursing satisfaction rate obviously.
