番茄和辣椒是人们日常生活中重要的食用蔬菜。当前番茄、辣椒上的病毒病比较严重,影响其产量和质量,因此引起人们的注视。本试验就是对连云港地区两种蔬菜病毒病进行调查和检测,以便为制定防范措施,为对外引种、培育良种,做好检疫检验工作,发展蔬菜生产,提供科学依据。本试验采取田间调查,选择不同乡镇田块,取代表型植株,记载症状,并将样品带回室内,应用血清学方法[琼脂双扩散、酶联免疫吸附技术(ELISA)]检测。
Tomatoes and peppers are important edible vegetables in daily life. The current tomato, pepper disease is more serious on the virus, affecting its yield and quality, thus causing people’s attention. This experiment is to investigate and test two kinds of vegetable virus diseases in Lianyungang area in order to provide scientific evidence for the formulation of preventive measures, introduction of foreign species, cultivation of improved varieties, quarantine and inspection work, and development of vegetable production. In this experiment, field investigation was conducted to select different township plots instead of phenotypic plants, record the symptoms, and the samples were taken back to the room and detected by serological method (agar double diffusion and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)].
