目前我国房地产的商品房市场已经得到了较好的发展,但保障性住房建设明显偏弱,导致大量的住房需求只能从商品房市场寻找出路,这种需求一方面抬高了房价,另一方面形成了非理性预期,使房地产市场秩序受到干扰。现阶段,我国正在以加强保障性住房的建设为手段之一对房地产市场进行调控来一对,但是在建设的过程中我们理性的看到我国的保障性住房存在很多问题,本文主要针对这些问题进行分析梳理并给出自己的几点建议。
