观察了ＭＬＸＳＨ保健液对人免疫细胞应答功能的作用，对服药前、后人外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞的增殖情况及ＩＬ－２、ＩＬ－６的产生水平进行了测定。ＭＬＸＳＨ保健液对服药前、后的青年组及步入老年或已是老年的人群组外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞的增殖能力、产生ＩＬ－２和ＩＬ－６的能力均有不同的影响，对青年组免疫功能的作用不明显（Ｐ＞０．０５），对５５岁以上免疫应答偏低者，有显著增强免疫应答作用（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果表明：ＭＬＸＳＨ保健液对免疫应答能力处于下降趋势的老年人具有明显的增强Ｔ淋巴细胞的增殖能力、ＩＬ－２及ＩＬ－６的产生水平的作用，使其恢复正常水平。
The effect of MLXSH solution on the response function of human immune cells was observed. The proliferation of peripheral T lymphocytes and the production of IL-2 and IL-6 were measured before and after medication. The MLXSH solution has different effects on the proliferative capacity of peripheral T lymphocytes and the ability to produce IL-2 and IL-6 in young people before and after taking the drug and in elderly or elderly people. The immune function of the group was not significant (P>0.05), and the immune response was significantly enhanced in those over 55 years of age (P<0.05). The results showed that: MLXSH health care solution for the elderly with a decreasing immune response has a significant role in enhancing the proliferation of T lymphocytes, the production of IL-2 and IL-6 levels, to restore normal levels.
