本文就我院1979年5月～1987年2月收治的8例急性心肌梗塞(AMI)进行分析,并着重讨论有关主要合并症的治疗体会。一般资料 8例中男7例,女1例。年龄51～80岁。诊断依据:临床病史,AMI心电图改变和血清酶升高(GOT>100单位)。
In this paper, our hospital from May 1979 to February 1987 admitted 8 cases of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) analysis, and focuses on the treatment of major complications experience. General information in 8 cases, 7 males and 1 female. Age 51 to 80 years old. Basis for diagnosis: clinical history, changes in AMI ECG and elevated serum enzymes (GOT> 100 units).
